The Eagle Trail at Saluda Shoals is an all-dirt
trail that parallels the popular Greenway Trail.
It's an enjoyable ride through that offers a good
bit of variety; you'll experience wide, easy-going,
heavy foliage-lined dirt paths, ride through the-
-park's rope course, bomb over lots of roots, and-
-even navigate through a challenging ravine (walking-
-your bike through this section is recommended!).-

***There are 21 named trails at Saluda Shoals Park. 3 are paved; 18 are non-paved/natural surface.
It's best to get a trail map at the entrance and/or download the map from above.
Difficulty: Easy, however, there is a ravine that you'll have to walk through or could have water after
heavy rain.
Distance: 1.5 miles, round-trip.
Time: 30 minutes.
Trail Surface: Natural trail surface, roots, could be muddy after heavy rains.
Bike Type: Mountain bike, "knobby" tires, minimum of 2.0" wide tires.
Crowds: Light to moderate. Hikers could be on the trail.

Daily Admission: Car or minivan $5.00, 12+ passenger van $7.00, bus $11.00. Annual park passes are sold.

Restrooms: Yes. There are 6 restroom areas in the park.
Precautions: Biting insects can be formidable in warmer months. Bring insect repellent. Check for ticks
after a ride!
